OPEN and TRASNPARENT STATE GOVERNMENT IN SOUTH DAKOTA!
Greetings & Salutations my fellow South Dakotans'! In recent weeks there has been a tremendous effort on the part of State Government Officials to quash the will of the voters' herein South Dakota! IM Measure 22 has been successfully repealed against the majority wishes of the residents' of this great State.
On November 8, 2016, I like many other citizens' of this great State voted for the Anti-corrupt Act to try to stop the quid pro quo politics running amuck in our great State, but the opponents of this Bill had hoped the Measure would fail at the ballot box, but it did not! These status quo political opponents' of IM 22 now found themselves scrambling to find a way to get rid of this unfavorable law that would interfere with their own contractual best interests.
Governor Daugaard stated that the purpose of IM 22 was to stop political corruption where no such corruption exists in his opinion! But voters know better. Five years ago, South Dakota ranked 49th out of 50 States concerning major issues involving State Integrity, according to Represent.Us findings! That was five years ago and South Dakota's ranking has only risen to 47th out of 50 States concerning integrity! That's not much of an improvement! Now after the repeal of IM 22 South Dakota surely must have fallen into last place. We will have to wait and see after the next Integrity Investigation is conducted!
I want to state for the record that I voted for IM 22 and it mirrors the federal bill in that its original intent is to stop quid pro quo politicians' from being bought off by big money donors. I intend to endorse the federal Anti-corruption Act in DC! I support this kind of law and would be supportive of such legislative laws if elected for Governor of South Dakota in 2018.
Wherefore, I say to every resident citizen of South Dakota, "a vote for me, is a vote for yourself!" I am the "Peoples'" candidate and will work hard for every citizen of this State to improve the quality of life for us all!

I have been very vocal about the whole corrupt process that repealed IM 22 and I know you, the voters' of South Dakota are as upset as I am about it! It's been reported that a Senator told a resident at the legislative session last week that, "if she didn't like it, move to Hawaii! As a registered voter and citizen of South Dakota, I would make note of every State legislator who voted for the repeal of IM 22 and vote for their opponent in the next election cycle! OMG, the nerve of that Senator!
Voice your opinion now and show your position in the ballot box in November, 2018! This message is paid for by the campaign committee to elect Dr. Terry Lee LaFleur. I am Dr. Terry Lee LaFleur and I approve this message!
